Parking space, Ljubljana
The space in the center of Ljubljana is intended for the construction of the new national and university library. Due to various reasons, but especially financial ones, the construction is shifting into an indefinable future. That’s the reason why, in 2009, a public parking space was opened at the construction site. Just this year, at the architecture competition, the new library plan was selected and the construction should begin in the near, but still undefined, future. In the meanwhile, waiting for the change, this soundscape was captured, on 18th July 2019, at 10.30am.
