Stage Theatre wind machine

1920’s Stage Wind Machine

In the audio you can hear the sound of an old stage wind machine that was used in plays to mimic the sound of wind.

The sound is produced due to the friction which occurs when the rotating wooden cylinder of the machine touches the cloth that is surrounding it.
