Koskenranta

Koskenranta (Rapids Beach) is the nickname of Koskipuisto (Rapids Park), which is a small park in the center of Tampere, located in the both sides of the Tammerkoski rapids.

The Tammerkoski rapids where dried for permitting work on the Häme Bridge, which lasted for a couple of days. In the meantime, the layer of ice on top of the rapids was lying in the ground, shattered and braking for the melting or cleaners stepping on it. Water dripping can be heard too.

In the background, work under the Häme Bridge has just started.
