Sounds of wort boiling in a copper. The recording was made in the Ursa Maior brewery in Uherce Mineralne (Poland).
When wort is boiling hops are added to it in order to enrich the liquid with a slight bitter taste and aroma. Boiling is also aimed at sterilizing the wort and eliminating any unnecessary substances.
Ursa Maior jest is a microbrewery, where the beer is produced according to the brewery’s original recipes. The entire production process lasts about a month, the beer is unpasteurized and unfiltered.
